  • Health Form

    All clients will be asked to fill out an online health form prior to the appointment. We need it to deliver the most suitable and effective treatment for you.

  • Booking an Appointment

    Topaz Facial Studio operates on a “by appointment only” basis. You can book your appointment online. For same day appointment you can send us a message on Instagram or email or give us a call.

  • Deposit

    In order to make an appointment you will be asked to make a deposit of $50 which goes towards your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule you can do that more that 24 hours in advance of your appointment and save the deposit. If you cancel less then 24 hours in advance your deposit is non-refundable

  • Late Arrival

    A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation if your therapist is not able to accommodate due to following bookings. This means deposit will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling

    Clients rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment for two consecutive times will need to prepay for their future appointments in full at the time of booking

  • No-shows

    No-shows looking to book again will be asked to prepay the full amount of the treatment.

  • Return/Exchange Policy

    If you develop unwanted reaction to the product that you purchased from us, we are willing to refund money or to exchange it within one week since purchasing.
